Marian Gabriel Weber is a young and upcoming conductor, composer and violinist currently based in Switzerland.
He is writing music for the concert hall and he is also very passionate about writing and
producing music for film, that serves the individual needs of the film and brings it to a whole new level.
He studied violin at the conservatory in Lugano (Switzerland) receiving his bachelor’s degree in 2011.
He deepened his studies in composition, counterpoint, harmony and orchestration with Paul Glass,
Maurizio Costioli and Diego Fratelli.
After having completed his Master degree in violin, composition and conducting
at the Zurich University of Arts, Switzerland in 2015,
he is currently studying orchestral conducting at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano, Switzerland.
The first film (“Nelle Mani Degli Altri”) he has written music for, has been premiered
during the 65. Locarno International Film Festival 2012.
